HOW TO ORDER
Please read thoroughly the steps below before submitting your order to us.
STEP 1: Make Selection
Scroll through the items and choose the one that you like. Make a little note of the item(s) that you are interested to buy e.g. the Code and the Price. Every item carries a unique Code by itself, be extra careful so that you don't write the wrong code.
STEP 2: Email Your Order to Us
Put the subject of your email as ORDER TO CHO-MERR. Make your life simpler by copying the template below and paste it into your email. Fill-up the required fields and email your order to cho.merr@gmail.com. Super EASY right?

We will reply you back with the CONFIRMATION NO and the account number (we're very sorry that only CIMB is available for the time being) for you to make the necessary transaction.
Payment must be received within 48 hours from the date of CONFIRMATION from us in case of failure your ORDER will be CANCELLED automatically thereafter.
SHIPPING COST
We only publish Pos Laju rate, should you require other type of delivery, please inform us and we are happy to provide you with the necessary quotation.
West Malaysia (Peninsular)
Pos Laju (1-2 days) : *RM 5
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Pos Laju (2-3 days) : *RM 9
*The actual cost varies depending on the weight and dimension of the package. The rate above is the standard published rate by POS MALAYSIA.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
* We hold no responsibility of your lost package during the shipment. No replacement or refund will be granted.
* Tracking Number will be provided during CONFIRMATION and you can do your own tracking via POS MALAYSIA website.
* Order will be shipped within 1-5 working days upon the full payment made.
* We do not entertain personal delivery within Klang Valley.
